Bruce Roberts Toy Fund is gearing up for the 2013 season. We accept applications from clients throughout York, Cumberland, Sagadahoc, Lincoln and Knox counties. The best way to get an application is to download it from our website: http://brucerobertstoyfund.org/app
You might also receive one from a Group leader. All clients should mail their completely filled out applications to Bruce Roberts Toy Fund PO Box 7310 Portland, ME 04112. You can also bring them to the Welcome Center on the 5th floor at One City Center or return them to a group leader.
There are two deadlines, one is for groups. Groups handle about half of our client applications, therefore the deadline is earlier so that all those gifts can be picked up by the group leaders by the end of November. Look through our Group listing to see if you work with any of the groups listed.
During December, our warehouse opens for Individual Client Pick Up. We accept applications from September 1. After sending in an application and after we process it, the client receives a letter giving a date for Pick Up, what identification to bring and how to get to our warehouse.
Bruce Roberts Toy Fund works to make holidays happy for thousands of children in the five counties we service in Maine – York, Cumberland, Sagadahoc, Lincoln and Knox. Although our major focus for receiving donations remains November and December, we do accept donations throughout the year.
